Bring Your Brokeness
The founder of Bring Your Brokeness came to me with a design challenge. She requested a brochure that was not the typical bifold/trifold. Thus, after much deliberation, I designed a closed gate/double gate fold brochure. I wanted to accent the house that hosts retreats for the women who are seeking help with eating disorders. A gatefold provides a beautiful way for the house to act like it is opening up to the reader. When you open the house, you are invited inside to understand more about the nonprofit and ways to get involved. To complete this brochure, I utilized a combination of Canva Design Pro, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Photoshop.

English Language Arts - Educator
This product was requested from an educator seeking a handout guiding her students on transitional phrases for a writing lesson. I took this idea and ran with it, creating: bookmarks, task cards, games, and blank templates (for teachers to add their own ideas).

English Language Arts - Educator
This product was requested from an educator seeking a slideshow to teach students the different components of expository writing and how to go about implementing it. In addition to this task, I also provided an opportunity for the students to have interactive practice of the skill so that the educator could implement the gradual release model of education.
